DESCRIPTION:Join Archbishop Paul D. Etienne, Archbishop John C. Wester from the Archdiocese of Sante Fe, and a delegation of archbishops from Nagasaki and Hiroshima for a special Mass for peace at St. James Cathedral in Seattle at 12:10 pm. The Hibaku Maria statue, which is the top portion of a statue of Mary that survived the nuclear bombing of Urakami Cathedral in Nagasaki, will be present as a symbol of hope and resilience.\nThis Mass is part of a full day of prayer for peace in the world.
